One of the key initiatives of the Ukrainian Institute is the creation of online courses that make knowledge about Ukraine – its culture, history, and society –accessible to a global audience. These courses are crucial for promoting a deeper understanding of Ukraine’s unique cultural heritage and modern role, benefiting teachers abroad and individuals beginning to learn about Ukraine. To date, the Ukrainian Institute has developed five courses which have collectively attracted a total of almost 17,000 students.

History of Ukrainian Civil Society

This course explores the political and social developments and processes that played a role in the formation of the Ukrainian civil society.
