he event drew an audience of approximately 500 people and was recorded for future broadcast on the Ukrainian public broadcaster Suspilne. Chango Spasiuk was joined on stage by Enzo Demartini (accordion) and Marcos Villalba (percussion). Special guests of the evening were the acclaimed Ukrainian band DakhaBrakha, with whom Chango performed four collaborative pieces that fused chamamé with traditional Ukrainian vocal styles. Another highlight of the concert was Chango’s performance accompanied by a string sextet from the Kyiv Chamber Orchestra. 

The concert became a meaningful moment of intercultural exchange, strengthening cultural ties between Ukraine and Argentina. On the eve of the performance, 18 June, Chango met informally with representatives of the Ukrainian cultural initiative “Cultural Forces,” thanks to the support of the Embassy of Argentina in Ukraine. While in Kyiv, Chango also filmed material for a documentary exploring Ukraine and the influence of Ukrainian heritage on chamamé.
