Volodymyr Sheiko
Director General
Specialist in culture management, marketing and communications. For 11 years he held senior positions in the Ukrainian mission of the British Council. Organizer of numerous cultural projects and events in the UK and 15 European countries: exhibitions, art residencies, film festivals, professional internships, concerts, literary programs, trainings, theater productions.

A graduate of the Institute of International Relations of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. In 2009 received a professional diploma in marketing, and in 2014 – a diploma in digital marketing from the The Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). In 2011 he graduated from the Summer School of Scottish Universities SUISS in the field of “Contemporary British and Irish Literature” (Edinburgh, Scotland). Member of the 2016 Summer School of Global Governance and member of the international network of Bucerius Summer School (ZEIT-Stiftung, Hamburg, Germany). Member of the IETM International Professional Performing Arts Network and the Total Theater Network.
Tetyana Filevska
Creative Director

Specialist in the field of contemporary art. Cultural activist, researcher of Ukrainian art of the 20 century, founder and curator of art projects. Author of the books “KAZIMIR MALEVICH. Kyiv Period 1928-1930″ and ” Dmitro Gorbachov. Sluchayi “. A graduate of the FLEX exchange program funded by the US government. Graduated with honors from the Faculty of Philosophy of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Worked in the EIDOS Foundation Centre for Contemporary Art, in the Center for Contemporary Art Foundation, in the “Izolyatsia” – Platform for Cultural Initiatives, in the Mystetskyi arsenal team on the Educational and Public Program o The First Kyiv International Biennale of Contemporary Art “ARSENALE 2012”.

Alim Aliev
Deputy Director General

Journalist, human rights activist, researcher and manager of educational and cultural projects. Worked as a program director of the state enterprise “Crimean House”, a member of the supervisory boards of the NGO “Centre of United actions” and the NGO “Educational Center for Human Rights” in Lviv. Member and rapporteur of advocacy missions to the Council of Europe, the European Parliament, the OSCE, the UN Security Council, EU and US political institutions on the situation in Crimea, the initiator of the digital museum of deportation of Crimean Tatars “Tamırlar”.

Public and professional activities are focused on the topics of the occupied Crimea, humanitarian policy, the current state of the Crimean Tatar people, freedom of speech and communication strategies.

Graduated from V.I. Vernadsky Taurida National University, majoring in “Political Science”.

Solomiya Borshosh

Executive Director

Solomiya Borshosh is an expert in strategic planning, evaluation and good governance; works at the intersection of international relations, development and civil society. She has more than 12 years of professional experience in auditing and management.

Thematically, her work is related to democracy, peacebuilding, good governance, independent media and cross-border cooperation. Her portfolio includes more than 15 consulting projects and more than 30 programmatic evaluation projects in Eastern Europe and the Caucasus (for  Sida, Danida, USAID, UNDP, European Endowment for Democracy etc.).

In 2017-2019 Solomiya held the position of Deputy General Director for Development at the Mystetskyi Arsenal, and from 2014 to 2016 worked in the public sector (in the independent media hromadske.ua and a coalition of public organizations RPR). Prior to joining the public and public sectors, Solomiya worked as a senior auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Solomiya Borshosh has ACCA membership and a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Department of War Studies at King’s College London (UK). Solomiya also received a master’s degree in law and auditing from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (Ukraine).
