Volodymyr Sheiko
Director General
Specialist in culture management, marketing and communications. For 11 years he held senior positions in the Ukrainian mission of the British Council. Organizer of numerous cultural projects and events in the UK and 15 European countries: exhibitions, art residencies, film festivals, professional internships, concerts, literary programs, trainings, theater productions.

A graduate of the Institute of International Relations of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. In 2009 received a professional diploma in marketing, and in 2014 – a diploma in digital marketing from the The Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). In 2011 he graduated from the Summer School of Scottish Universities SUISS in the field of “Contemporary British and Irish Literature” (Edinburgh, Scotland). Member of the 2016 Summer School of Global Governance and member of the international network of Bucerius Summer School (ZEIT-Stiftung, Hamburg, Germany). Member of the IETM International Professional Performing Arts Network and the Total Theater Network.
Tetyana Filevska
Creative Director
Art manager, curator, writer and researcher of Ukrainian art of the 20th century. She has been working in the sphere of culture for over 20 years. Her portfolio includes festivals, conferences, exhibitions, educational courses, books and films. Worked in various art institutions, particularly the EIDOS Arts Development Foundation, Contemporary Art Center, IZOLYATSIA. Platform for cultural initiatives, Mystetskyi Arsenal. Co-founder of the NGO Malevich Institute.
Teyana is the author of books “Kazimir Malevich. Kyiv period 1928-1930”, “Kazimir Malevich. Kyiv aspect” and “Dmytro Gorbachev. Cases”. Creative producer of the films “Malevich. Born in Ukraine” and “Malevich”. She teaches at the Ukrainian Catholic University, the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine.

A graduat of the Faculty of Philosophy at Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University. Alumna of the FSA/FLEX program, the Aspen Institute Kyiv “Responsible Leadership” seminar, and the Harvard Kennedy School Women’s Network Ukraine mentoring program. Member of SHERA, ICOM, CAA.

Alim Aliev
Deputy Director

Journalist, human rights activist, researcher and manager of educational and cultural projects. Worked as a program director of the state enterprise “Crimean House”, a member of the supervisory boards of the NGO “Centre of United actions” and the NGO “Educational Center for Human Rights” in Lviv. Member and rapporteur of advocacy missions to the Council of Europe, the European Parliament, the OSCE, the UN Security Council, EU and US political institutions on the situation in Crimea, the initiator of the digital museum of deportation of Crimean Tatars “Tamırlar”.

Public and professional activities are focused on the topics of the occupied Crimea, humanitarian policy, the current state of the Crimean Tatar people, freedom of speech and communication strategies.

Graduated from V.I. Vernadsky Taurida National University, majoring in “Political Science”.

Solomiya Borshosh

Executive Director

Solomiya Borshosh has more than 14 years of professional experience. Since 2013, she has been working at the intersection of international relations, development, and civil society. Thematically, her work is related to democracy, peacebuilding, good governance, and independent media. Her portfolio includes above 15 projects on strategic planning, communication, and change implementation as well as above 30 audit and programmatic evaluation projects in Eastern Europe and the Caucasus for international development agencies (UNDP, Sida, USAID, Danida, European Endowment for Democracy etc.).
Previously, Solomiya held the position of Deputy General Director for Development at Mystetskyi Arsenal, Ukraine’s flagship contemporary art museum (2017-2019); engaged in civil society initiatives, such as the founding of hromadske.ua, an independent media outlet, and developing RPR, the CSO coalition for pro-democratic reforms in Ukraine (2014-2016). Before 2014, Solomiya had worked as a senior auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Solomiya Borshosh is an ACCA member (the UK) and holds a master’s degree in international relations from the War Studies Department at King’s College London (the UK). Solomiya also received a master’s degree in law and auditing from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (Ukraine).
