Specialist in culture management, marketing and communications. For 11 years he held senior positions in the Ukrainian mission of the British Council. Organizer of numerous cultural projects and events in the UK and 15 European countries: exhibitions, art residencies, film festivals, professional internships, concerts, literary programs, trainings, theater productions.

A graduate of the Institute of International Relations of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. In 2009 received a professional diploma in marketing, and in 2014 - a diploma in digital marketing from the The Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). In 2011 he graduated from the Summer School of Scottish Universities SUISS in the field of "Contemporary British and Irish Literature" (Edinburgh, Scotland). Specialist in the field of contemporary art. Cultural activist, researcher of Ukrainian art of the 20 century, founder and curator of art projects. Author of the books "KAZIMIR MALEVICH. Kyiv Period 1928-1930" and " Dmitro Gorbachov. Sluchayi ". A graduate of the FLEX exchange program funded by the US government. Graduated with honors from the Faculty of Philosophy of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Worked in the EIDOS Foundation Centre for Contemporary Art, in the Center for Contemporary Art Foundation, in the "Izolyatsia" - Platform for Cultural Initiatives, in the Mystetskyi arsenal team on the Educational and Public Program o The First Kyiv International Biennale of Contemporary Art "ARSENALE 2012".
Nataliya Neniuchenko

She got many years of civil service experience. Has held senior positions in the Kyiv City State Administration, the Ukrainian Institute of National Remembrance, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. From September 2019 to March 2020, she held the position of Deputy, later - First Deputy Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine. Was born in Kyiv region, has two higher educations. Graduated from The Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture (civil engineer) and The National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Auditing (accounting and auditing specialist).

Began her career in 1998 at the Shevchenkivsky District Employment Center in Kyiv.
Iryna Prokofieva
Programme Director
Specialist in project management, organisational development, and international cooperation. Specialises in culture and creative industries. Certified project manager (IPMA, Level C), project and programme management trainer. She has worked in European programmes for the culture sector and creative industries of Ukraine and the Eastern Partnership countries, in particular, the Culture Bridges, EU-Eastern Partnership Culture and Creativity Programme, Common Space for Cultural and Creative Industries. Having worked in the British Council in Ukraine, she coordinated the research project "Status and Promotion of Equal Opportunities for Women and Men in the Cultural and Creative Industries" in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Ukraine.

She graduated from the Kharkiv International University of Economics (organisation management) and the University of Economics and Law "KROK" (project management).

In 2017, she was included in the New Europe 100 Challenger ranking as one of the 100 leading changemakers in Europe according to Res Publica, Google, Visegrad Fund, and the Financial Times. Member of the Kyiv office of the global community WEF Global Shapers. An alumna of the international youth organisation AIESEC.
Tetyana Oliynyk
Communications Director
Before joining the Institute, Tetyana was involved in various projects in media and communications. With a degree in Cultural Studies from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (Kyiv, Ukraine), her main focus of expertise is communications for cultural projects and creative industries. In particular, she led communications for the Gogolfest Festival of Contemporary Art and Culture, Odesa International Film Festival, and IDCEE conference for IT startups.

Tetyana is a Chevening Alumna and Glasgow University graduate, where she specialised in heritage interpretation and environmental communications.
Alim Aliev
Deputy Director General
Journalist, human rights activist, researcher and manager of educational and cultural projects. Worked as a program director of the state enterprise "Crimean House", a member of the supervisory boards of the NGO "Centre of United actions" and the NGO "Educational Center for Human Rights" in Lviv. Member and rapporteur of advocacy missions to the Council of Europe, the European Parliament, the OSCE, the UN Security Council, EU and US political institutions on the situation in Crimea, the initiator of the digital museum of deportation of Crimean Tatars "Tamırlar".

Public and professional activities are focused on the topics of the occupied Crimea, humanitarian policy, the current state of the Crimean Tatar people, freedom of speech and communication strategies.

Graduated from V.I. Vernadsky Taurida National University, majoring in "Political Science".
