Organizer of numerous cultural projects and events in the UK and 15 European countries: exhibitions, art residencies, film festivals, professional internships, concerts, literary programs, trainings, theater productions.
A graduate of the Institute of International Relations of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. In 2009 received a professional diploma in marketing, and in 2014 – a diploma in digital marketing from the The Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). In 2011 he graduated from the Summer School of Scottish Universities SUISS in the field of “Contemporary British and Irish Literature” (Edinburgh, Scotland). Journalist, human rights activist, researcher and manager of educational and cultural projects. Worked as a program director of the state enterprise “Crimean House”, a member of the supervisory boards of the NGO “Centre of United actions” and the NGO “Educational Center for Human Rights” in Lviv. Member and rapporteur of advocacy missions to the Council of Europe, the European Parliament, the OSCE, the UN Security Council, EU and US political institutions on the situation in Crimea, the initiator of the digital museum of deportation of Crimean Tatars “Tamırlar”.
Public and professional activities are focused on the topics of the occupied Crimea, humanitarian policy, the current state of the Crimean Tatar people, freedom of speech and communication strategies.

Co-author of the book “Mustafa Dzhemliev. Unbreakable”, author of essays about Crimea, Crimean Tatars, Ukrainian identity during the war in Ukrainian and international publications.
Professional activity is focused on the topics of Ukrainian civil society and multiculturalism, development of Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar studies abroad, occupied Crimea and the Crimean Tatar people, decolonization, freedom of speech and international representation of modern Ukrainian culture.
