Ukraine at the world’s largest jazz showcase festival for the second time
For the second time Ukraine will be officially presented at jazzahead! in Bremen (Germany), the world biggest jazz fair and showcase festival.
When: 27 – 30 April 2023
What you can visit:
- national stand Jazz from Ukraine;
- photo exhibition Ukrainian jazzmen at war;
podium discussion at the conference “Evolution of Ukrainian Jazz Scene (from 1992 till nowadays): joining world jazz community. Current state of music industry in Ukraine in the war time”;
- Ukrainian-Polish reception at the professional fair.
A Ukrainian delegation will also arrive in Bremen to promote the Ukrainian jazz scene. In particular, it will include Oleksij Kogan, Viktor Ovchynnikov, Mariana Bondarenko, Ganna Gryniva, Kateryna Ziabliuk, Andrij Pokaz, Anastasia Pokaz, Tamara Lukasheva, Laura Marti, Volodymyr Kaminskyj, Arkady Mitnik.
