The Ukrainian Institute has become an official partner of the international online platform Google Arts & Culture, presenting curated projects that open up a global audience to a deeper insight into Ukrainian art.

It allows users to explore high-quality digital collections of artworks, historical artefacts, and virtual exhibitions, making culture more accessible to all.
‘Kaleidoscope of (hi)stories. Art from Ukraine’
A series of English-language video lectures by leading Ukrainian scholars introduces viewers to the main aspects of modern and contemporary Ukrainian culture from the 20th and 21st centuries.
The project is created and implemented by the Dresden State Art Collections (Staatliche Kunstsammlungen Dresden (SKD)) in collaboration with the Ukrainian Institute, with support from German Federal Foreign Office and the Ernst von Siemens Art Foundation.
‘60s. The Lost Treasures’
This visual project is dedicated to the Ukrainian female artists of the Sixties movement, whose works were partially or completely lost due to political repression and censorship during the Soviet era. It reveals the lives and art of five artists: Alla Horska, Halyna Zubchenko, Lyubov Panchenko, Halyna Sevruk, and Lyudmyla Semykina. The story of Lyubov Panchenko is featured in the ‘Ukrainian Artists Through the Ages’ collection on Google Arts & Culture, part of the wider ‘Ukraine is Here’ initiative.
