Last year Ukraine was presented with an exhibition “Ukrainian jazzmen at war”, panel discussion at the conference as well as performance of Polish-Ukrainian band DagaDana.

Pitching sessions are a fantastic opportunity to reach dozens of music industry professionals.

In case your project has been chosen for the pitching session, Ukrainian Institute covers travel costs for 1 delegate from Ukraine.  

When are the pitching sessions held? There are eight time slots spread on Friday, April 12th, and Saturday, April 13th.  As a project, you have 10 minutes slot. Please note that the language of the conference is English. 

How can you register? 

On the Ritmo website open the registration form, where you will need to explain the content of your presentation and specify the target market (local, national, international). You can apply with more than one project. You will find the form in the conference section on the top bar of the page. 

What is the deadline? 

The deadline to submit the participation request is February 26th, 2024. Keep in mind that spaces are limited. Starting from March 4th, we will get in touch with you to arrange the schedule and technical details.
