Call for professional theatres to participate in the 7th International Festival of Ukrainian Theatre "East-West"

in the 7th International Festival of Ukrainian Theatre "East-West" (Międzynarodowy Festiwal Teatru Ukraińskiego Wschód-Zachód), which will be held from 19 to 27 April 2020 in Krakow, Poland.

"And the Ship Sails On" is the festival's theme for the upcoming year, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Federico Fellini and his distinct style. The event is organised in collaboration with the Fundacja Widowisk Masowych and the Henryk Jordan Youth Centre.
The Ukrainian Institute together with the organisers of the Festival will select 5 performances.
The selection will be carried out by the expert council of the Ukrainian Institute on the Ukrainian side and representatives of the management of the Fundacja Widowisk Masowych on the part of Poland.
The application form is available by the following link. Deadline for submissions is 12 December 2019.
Ukrainian Institute will cover the participation fee and the transportation costs for the trip to Krakow. The selection results will be announced on 23 December 2019.
The International Festival of Ukrainian Theatre "East-West" in Krakow was founded by the Fundacja Widowisk Masowych in 2014. It supports and promotes Ukrainian theatre, presents the best examples of contemporary Ukrainian and world theatrical art in Poland.
